On Tuesday, January 20, 2026, the University of Abou Bekr Belkaïd in Tlemcen had the honor of hosting the kick-off meeting of the MED.HELA project – Mediterranean Higher Education Leadership Academy – a strategic Erasmus+ initiative aimed at strengthening leadership and governance capacity in higher education institutions in Algeria and Tunisia.
