On Tuesday 1st October 2019, China celebrated the 70th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China founding, on this occasion the Rector of Tlemcen University, Pr. Kebir Boucherit addressed this morning a speech in which he expressed his best wishes to the students coming from the University of International Studies of Sichuan of China and his deep respect for the fraternal relationship between the two Algerian and Chinese peoples.
