The Thematic Agency for Research in Health Sciences (ATRSS) with the support of the Directorate General for Research and Technological Development (DGRSDT), under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and in collaboration with The Frankfurt Biofurt technology Innovation Center, Germany FIZ, is calling for participation in the Horizon 2020 research and innovation program. This program focuses on the opportunities offered to our researchers, as well as the actions to be undertaken with the support of the International Consortium for Personalized Medicine within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the DGRSDT and FIZ. ATRSS supports and encourages our researchers to participate in the Horizon 2020 program. Calls for projects are included in the work program for: Health, demographic change and well-being "Actions in support of the international consortium for Personalized Medicine".
An ad hoc communication and support committee has been set up by ATRSS to consolidate and ensure the success of this initiative. Coordination of the international consortium will be carried out by the FIZ center in collaboration with the Agency.
ATRSS is responsible for identifying and coordinating the activities of Algerian research teams and will be the focal point between them and foreign partners during the project preparation phase. Algerian researchers, research teams and research laboratories are invited to participate in this important consortium comprising several research groups from different countries. The objectives of ATRSS are to:
To raise awareness among the Algerian scientific community of the importance of participation in this program of excellence;
Disseminate information on H2020 calls in real time for the scientific and innovative community in general and for a thematic community that is highly likely to respond to the call in particular, in order to increase participation rates;
Support and assist the participation of Algerians in this European project;
Bringing together various scholarly communities to create synergies that can be strongly integrated into the project for better performance in the development of the country;
Provide advice and supervision on Algeria’s interest in participating in this project;
