Prof. BOUCHRIT Kebir , the University’s Rector, supervised the reception welcoming  the newly recruited teachers at the university with the administrative staff and members of the pedagogical tutoring cell. The Rector provided Pedagogical guidelines accompanied with the Pr.SAIDI Mohammed  who in his turn presented the training program of the tutoring cell pedagogy.
