The Rector of University Tlemcen Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad honored the Turkish student, Ismail Demir, by awarding him his certificate of doctorate on the occasion of his discussion of his thesis on the realization of the manuscript .This thesis discussion is part of the partnership between Tlemcen University and Istanbul University in Turkey.
