Her Excellency German Ambassador Elisabeth Wolbers paid a visit to the University of Tlemcen, where she was welcomed by Rector Professor MEGHACHOU Mourad and his staffs. After welcoming session to the Ambassador the two parties discussed means to consolidate bilateral cooperation between the University of Tlemcen and German universities, Dr. Omar Haddadah  then gave a presentation on the university that focused on the international dimension of the University of Tlemcen . The  Pr.Latifa Neguadi also introduced the ACADEMY project and   she discussed collaboration projects between the University of Tlemcen and its German partner, including the ERA-SOLMAB and WESA programs. In the end  of the meeting, Dr. Ilham Ouchdi gave a thorough presentation of the ELAN project. 

The Ambassador next went to the Student Center i2E, where Dr. Zakaria Sari Hasson, the Center's director, gave a lecture on the strategy of the Center's operation, its functions, and its numerous structures for forming, accompagnied, and supporting students in creative and économic projects.On the occasion, an exhibition of student projects and scientific clubs was held.
