"In order to allow more candidates to participate in the  "Ahmed Ben Bella Award", the date the date was extended until October 31, 2016 at midnight."

The University Abu Bekr Belkaid Tlemcen, at the initiative of the Wilaya of Tlemcen, is calling for nominations for the "Ahmed Ben Bella Award" to honor the memory of the late president Ahmed Ben Bella. From the life and works of the late president Ahmed Ben Bella, it is proposed to all participants to create a fictional framework, a story that makes Ahmed Ben Bella the central figure in their writings.

This contest is part of the event's centennial late president Ahmed Ben Bella to be held from December 3 to 4, 2016 at the University of Tlemcen.
