The Ministry of Communication presided over the opening of the work of the 5th training session on institutional communication, organized in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior of local authorities, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, this Thursday, March 09, 2023 at the Center for Andalusian Studies. This session is intended for journalists and heads of communication units in the wilayas of Tlemcen, Sidi Bel Abbès, Aïn Témouchent, Saïda, Naâma and El-Bayadh.
