The form must be filled out by those requesting Eid sheep and submitted to their respective human resources departments: faculties and institutes or the secretariat of the Directorate of Human Resources and Training—Rectorate.

Deadline: Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
After the deadline, these forms will be sent to the Directorate of Human Resources and Training on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
