As part of the efforts led by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to promote the digital transformation of the research sector and to create an interactive space linking universities, research laboratories, and socio-economic actors, the University of Tlemcen organized, on Thursday, April 17, 2025, an information and awareness day dedicated to the national digital research platform “Elbahth.dz.”

The event was held in the presence of representatives from the General Directorate for Scientific Research and Technological Development (DGRSDT) and the National Agency for the Valorization of Research Results and Technological Development (ANVREDET), along with professors, researchers, and laboratory directors from various fields.

The proceedings opened with a welcome address by Pr. BACHIR Redouane, Vice-Rector in charge of doctoral training, who highlighted the importance of this initiative in supporting researchers and enhancing the role of research laboratories.

The program included several presentations by representatives of the DGRSDT and ANVREDET, focusing on the objectives, features, and development prospects of the platform. The discussions emphasized its potential as a strategic tool linking academic research with national economic needs.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange views and raise technical and organizational questions, fostering dynamic discussions that helped clarify the platform’s practical aspects.

The Elbahth.dz platform aims to organize research efforts, facilitate access to data, equipment, and expertise across universities, and enhance collaboration and research valorization by opening opportunities for external stakeholders to benefit from innovative projects and studies.
