The proceedings of the second national colloquium on the functional relationships between the Constitutional Court and state institutions (Parliament–Justice) continued on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at the auditorium in downtown Tlemcen, under the theme "Functional Relationships Between the Constitutional Court and State Institutions (Parliament–Justice)." The event was attended by the dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Law at the University of Tlemcen, Prof. BENTIFOUR Nasreddine ; Mr. BOUZIANE Aliane, member of the Constitutional Court ; Mr. BENAHMED Lakhder, vice president of the Council of State ; Ms. BENALI Zheira, law lecturer at the University of Mascara , Mr. NOUREDDINE Mohammed Karim, law lecturer at the University of Mostaganem ; and Ms. KILANI Zahra, law lecturer at the University of Oran.

This third day of the colloquium focused on the presentation of rich academic contributions that explored theoretical aspects of the functional relationships between the Constitutional Court and public authorities.

The event was marked by strong interaction between the attendees and the professors and researchers in the field of constitutional law.

At the conclusion of the colloquium, participants unanimously emphasized the importance of strengthening a culture of oversight within academic environments and praised the role of the Constitutional Court in reinforcing the principle of separation of powers and upholding the rule of law.

They also commended the quality of the organization and the fruitful debates, expressing their desire to continue holding such scientific gatherings that contribute to reinforcing ties between academic institutions and constitutional organs
