As part of strengthening the partnership between academic institutions and national bodies, Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad, rector of Abou Bekr Belkaid University of Tlemcen, received Mr. Noufel Laâdjilat, Regional Director of Customs in Tlemcen, on Monday, April 28, 2025, at the university headquarters.

During this meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed with the aim of enhancing coordination between both parties by leveraging available scientific and technical capacities to support scientific research and professional development, as well as exchanging expertise in various fields of mutual interest.
