Abou Bekr Belkaid University of Tlemcen is currently taking part in the 2nd National Colloquium entitled “Intellectual Property and the Challenges of Digitalisation,” represented by Mr. Abdelkader Belhorma, Director of the Central Library of the University.

 

Also participating in this event is Mr. Sid Ahmed Mahdide, Director of the Faculty of Medicine Library,and Mr. Abdelkader Lahmar, Curator at the Central Library.

 

This colloquium is organized in partnership between the Main Public Reading Library of the Wilaya of Saïda and the Department of Library Science of Ahmed Ben Bella University – Oran 1.

 

At present, Mr. Abdelkader Lahmar is delivering a presentation entitled

 

“Social Justice in the Distribution of Knowledge: A Critical Study of the Legal Frameworks of Intellectual Property.”
