Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, presided over the installation ceremony of Mr. ELAMARI Abdelrazak as the new Head of the University Services Directorate of Tlemcen on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. He succeeds Mr.BELHENIN Mohamedin this position.

 

On this occasion, the Rector commended Mr. BELHENIN for his human and professional qualities, emphasizing the excellent collaboration that has always characterized the relationship between the outgoing directorate and the institutions of the university campus. He also extended his best wishes to Mr. ELAMARI for success in his new duties.
