All Class "A" lecturers who can justify five (5) years of effective service in this rank by the application submission deadline are hereby informed that they must complete the electronic form via the link below in order to obtain the following documents:

• A work certificate.

• An administrative certificate confirming the absence of any availability leave.

These documents are required to complete the application file for promotion to the rank of university professor.
