All graduating students are informed that the discharge will be processed electronically and automatically through the Webetu – Student Portal application.

 

Accordingly, students are required to check the " Electronic quietus" or "Discharge" section in the app and ensure that they have been cleared by the Central Library.

 

In response to the many questions and concerns raised by students, please note the following clarifications:

 

A green indicator means the student is cleared by the Central Library.

 

A red indicator means the student is not cleared and must return any borrowed books and resolve their situation with the library.
