Aboubekr Belkaid University of Tlemcen is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with the Djazpora Association, a key partner of the Algerian Council for Economic Renewal (CREA). This collaboration aims to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship among students and support innovative project holders within the university environment.

 

The event took place at the headquarters of CREA in Algiers, in the presence of Professor Ahmed Mir, Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

 

The delegation from the University of Tlemcen included Professor Mourad Mghachou, Rector of the University; Professor Hamza Cherif Ali, Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations; and Dr. Omar Behadada, Assistant to the Vice-Rector for External Relations.

 

Representing the Djazpora Association were Mr. Fayçal Kaddour, President of the Association, and Ms. Hassiba Ouagueni, Head of Sector Development at CREA.

 

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to exchange views and explore avenues of cooperation between both parties, particularly in organizing joint initiatives aimed at guiding students and helping them turn their ideas into real, viable projects.
