As part of strengthening the ties between the academic world and civil society, a partnership agreement was signed on Thursday, July 3, 2025, between the Abou Bekr Belkaïd University of Tlemcen, represented by its Rector, Prof.MEGHACHOU Mourad, and the Algerian Organization for Consumer Protection and Guidance – Tlemcen Office, represented by the President of the Wilaya Office, Mr. Omar CHERGUI. The signing took place in the presence of Prof. Ali HAMZA CHERIF, Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations, Cooperation, Events, Communication, and Scientific Activities; Mrs. Salima CHEKROUNE, Secretary General of the Organization; and Mr. Djawed BRIXI, Vice-President of the Tlemcen Wilaya Office.

This partnership aims to promote the exchange of experiences and to strengthen applied scientific research in fields related to consumer protection and associative work.

The agreement will also enable students to benefit from practical field internships, providing them with valuable knowledge and facilitating their integration into the professional world, while enhancing their skill set.
