The Intensive Language Teaching Center of Abou Bekr Belkaïd University – Tlemcen held its closing ceremony for the 2024/2025 academic year in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

 

The ceremony was opened by the Rector of the University, who, in his speech, praised the pivotal role played by the Center in promoting multilingualism and providing valuable support to students and researchers through innovative educational programs aligned with international standards.

 

The event was attended by several renowned academic figures, including Mr. Ali Hamza Cherif, Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations, Mr. Mohamed SAIDI, Mr. Abdelrahim KALFAT, as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages, Mrs. Nezha KHELFAOUI, Director of the Research Unit, Mr. BENAISSA, Vice-Dean, and Mrs. Sari Zouleikha CHAABANE, Head of the Translation Department, accompanied by her administrative team.

 

Special recognition was given to Nassira CHAFAA BELAID, Asma BENMALEK, and Hayet SEFI for their contribution to translation teaching for students from Slovakia University. The English language instructors — Mr. HAMZAOUI, Mr. SERRIR, Mr. BERBER, and Mr. BENYELLES — were also honored, as was Mr. Abdelrahim SAIDI, representative of the Spanish language.

 

In closing, the Director of the Center, Mrs. Nassima SAIDI, delivered a speech of appreciation, acknowledging the commitment of the entire teaching staff and administrative personnel. She especially expressed her gratitude to Mr. Toufik DJANANE, Head of Educational Programs, and Mrs. Nezha BOUARFA, Head of the French Language Program, for their dedication and continuous pursuit of teaching excellence.
