Abou Bekr Belkaïd University of Tlemcen and the National Agency for the Valorization of Research and Technological Development Results (ANVREDET) signed a strategic partnership agreement on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.

The agreement, signed by the University Rector, Prof. MEGHACHOU Mourad, and the Director General of ANVREDET, Mr. AZIZI Nadir, aims to enhance the valorization of academic research, promote innovation, support academic entrepreneurship, and assist startups emerging from higher education institutions.

The signing ceremony was attended by several academic officials, including the directors of ENSSA, ENSM, the University Center of Maghnia, and the i2E Center. On this occasion, specific agreements were concluded with these entities, and ANVREDET representatives were officially appointed within each institution. Prof. SARI HASSOUN Zakaria was designated as the coordinator at the university level.
