As part of a dynamic of collaboration and innovation, the i2E Student Center at the University of Tlemcen welcomed students from the Pan African University Institute for Water and Energy Sciences, including Climate Change (PAUWES). The event was held under the supervision of Professor MEGHACHOU Mourad, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, and Professor ZERGA Abdellatif, Director of the PAUWES Institute.

On this occasion, Professor SARI HASSOUN Zakaria, Director of the i2E Center, presented the main pillars of the support strategy for start-up creation. He emphasized the importance of fostering a spirit of initiative, innovation, and creativity among students throughout their academic journey.

The meeting was marked by rich and constructive discussions on potential partnerships between the i2E Center and PAUWES students, with the aim of supporting their innovative ideas and turning them into concrete, promising projects.

The day concluded with a group photo session bringing together the new students, the center’s director, and the institute’s officials, in a warm and friendly atmosphere that symbolized the beginning of a new academic chapter and reflected a shared commitment to innovation and excellence.
