We inform all students who obtained their baccalaureate before the year 2025 that transfer requests must be submitted exclusively via the ministerial platform PROGRES, in accordance with Note No. 178 issued by the Director General of Education and Training, dated September 7, 2025.As a result, the local platform of the University of Tlemcen will be permanently closed.

Only the requests submitted on September 7, 2025, through the local platform will be taken into consideration. All other transfer requests must be submitted via the PROGRES platform, in compliance with the regulatory deadlines set by the Ministry.
