Mandated by the university rector, Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad , Mr. Sari Hassoun Zakaria, Director of the Student Center i2E (Innovation and Student Entrepreneurship), represented the institution at this major continental economic event. This participation was a strategic opportunity to showcase nine startups incubated and supported by the university within the i2E incubator.

Among these young companies, the startup Infomaxi, founded by entrepreneur Ms. Soundous Benabou, was particularly highlighted as an outstanding example of innovation and dynamism driven by university youth.

This presence at IATF 2025 also helped strengthen collaboration networks, expand partnership opportunities with investors, and underscore the pioneering role of the University of Tlemcen in developing the African entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem
