The administration of the Tlemcen Annex of the Higher Normal School informs students of the opening of applications for admission to the training programs offered at the annex.Interested students are invited to visit the annex administration in Aïn El Hout on Wednesday and Thursday, October 8 and 9, 2025.

Applications will be assessed in accordance with Ministerial Circular No. 01 (July 14, 2025) regarding the registration and orientation of baccalaureate holders for 2025–2026. Required general averages (13/20 for primary-level tracks,14/20 for middle and secondary-level tracks ,except Philosophy 12/20 for Arts and Philosophy).
Additional conditions specified in the aforementioned ministerial circular will also apply.
