Abou Bekr Belkaïd University of Tlemcen maintained its second national position in the QS Arab Ranking 2026, released on October 16, 2025.

The university was represented at the forum held in Muscat, Oman, by Professor Bachir Redouane, Vice-Rector for Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The ranking is based on criteria such as quality of education, research output, and academic reputation, highlighting Tlemcen University’s continued excellence among leading Arab universities.
