The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tlemcen organized, in its auditorium, the official ceremony for the distribution of residency positions. The event was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Abdelhafid BEDJAOUI, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, in the presence of Prof. Redouane BACHIR, Vice-Rector in charge of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, as well as the directors of the partner hospital institutions: Prof. Abdeljalil MOHOUBI, Director General of the University Hospital Center of Tlemcen; Mrs. Djamila NAAMAOUI, Director of the Mother and Child Hospital of Tlemcen; and Mrs. Nadjla DJELOUL, Director of the Anti-Cancer Center of Tlemcen.

The ceremony was further honored by the presidents of the examination boards: Prof. Djawad BOUCHENAK Kheladi (Medicine), Prof. Katia TAOULI (Pharmacy), and Prof. OUDGHIRI (Dentistry).

Newly appointed resident physicians selected their specialties in an atmosphere of transparency, discipline, and mutual respect, demonstrating the strong collaboration between the Faculty and its healthcare partners.

This event marked the culmination of an outstanding academic and professional journey, celebrating the values of merit and teamwork, and highlighting the dynamism of the university medical sector in advancing education and public health.
