The University One-Stop Desk was officially launched under the supervision of the Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Prof. Mourad Meghachou. This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to supporting the entrepreneurial spirit and facilitating the process of creating businesses for students and project holders.The One-Stop Desk is supervised by Pr. Sari Hassoun Zakaria, Director of the i2E Student Center at the University of Tlemcen.

This desk constitutes an integrated university platform that brings together representatives of various administrations and economic institutions (tax authorities, commercial registry, social funds, agricultural cooperation, investment agencies, banks, etc.) in a single space within the university. Its aim is to bring services closer to students and innovators and to support them step by step in the creation of their startups or microenterprises.

This initiative reflects the evolution of the university’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and confirms the role of the university as a key economic actor, supporting the entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and the transformation of ideas into sustainable economic projects.
