The Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Prof. MEGHACHOU Mourad, is delighted, on his own behalf and on behalf of the entire university community, to extend his warmest congratulations to Dr. KADI Kheir-Eddine for winning third place in the 2025 edition of the Independent High Authority Prize for the best research work in the field of Algerian electoral law.

 

It is worth noting that this award is the second received by Dr. KADI Kheir-Eddine, following the recognition he earned in the Arab Youth Competition organized by the League of Arab States in 2022.
