The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs all emeritus professors, as well as teachers with at least three (3) years of accumulated service, of the opening of applications to become members of the National University Commission, responsible for evaluating the pedagogical and scientific work of teachers applying for promotion to the rank of Professor.

In accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. 1300 of October 20, 2025, which defines the competencies, organization, functioning, and composition of the National University Commission, the application file to become a member of the Commission must be submitted exclusively via the integrated automated system PROGRES, using the candidate’s professional electronic account, and by selecting the role “Call for Applications” following link

The registration period on the digital platform is set from Wednesday, November 12, 2025, to Monday, November 17, 2025.

 

All emeritus professors and teachers wishing to submit their application may consult the conditions and application procedures specified in the provisions of Decree No. 1300 of October 20, 2025, mentioned above, on the official website of the Ministry  www.mesrs.dz, or by directly downloading the text of the decree after accessing the digital application platform.
