This program is intended for top-performing students (maximum of 3 students per specialty) enrolled during the academic year 2025-2026 in their third year of undergraduate studies (L3) or in their final year of master's/engineering studies (M2/Ing 5), respectively aiming to prepare for a Master's degree or a doctorate (PhD)

Application fill comprise the following documents:
1. Application form (attached model).
2. Copy of the registration certificate on the Stipendium Hungaricum platform (mandatory)
3. A copy of the selection committee's minutes.
4. A handwritten application from the candidate outlining their motivation for this training program, endorsed by their hierarchical supervisor.
5. A copy of the high school diploma transcript.
6. For PhD applications: Registration/re-registration certificates for the 5 years of the university program .
For Master's applications: Registration/re-registration certificates for all the 3 years of the university program années du cursus universitaire.
7. For PhD applications: Academic transcripts for the first 4 years of study (L1/A1,L2/A2,L3/A3,M1/A4 for universities and university centers or CP1,CP2,1ASC,2ASC for Higher education school.
For Master's applications: Transcripts for the first two years of study (L1, L2)
8. Certificate of valedictorian (attached model).
9. Official certificate of the student's performance rating ( number of stars) (attached model).
10. Copy of the first page of the passport.
11. Identity Photo.
