As part of the official certificate awarding ceremony for graduating students enrolled under Ministerial Decree 1275, amended and supplemented by Ministerial Decree 008 for the academic year 2024/2025, Abou Bekr Belkaid University – Tlemcen invites all project-holding students from various faculties concerned by Decree 1275/008 to attend and take part in this exceptional event.
