As part of the training program aimed at enhancing the skills of administrative and technical staff and updating their knowledge in line with the higher education sector’s training plan, the Human Resources sub-directorate of the university of Tlemcen has initiated a series of training sessions considered a priority for this phase.

During the past month, a specialized session on prevention and internal security was organized, aiming to promote a culture of prevention and strengthen security principles within the professional environment. In addition, another session on the management and preservation of archives was scheduled from December 7 to 9, 2025, with the objective of providing staff with modern tools for organization, documentation, and the safeguarding of administrative records.
