As part of strengthening university cooperation and supporting medical education, the Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Prof. MEGHACHOU Mourad, paid a working visit to the University of Adrar on Sunday, December 14, 2025. This visit was marked by the appointment of Dr. BOUSALAH Yahia as the new Director of the Medical Annex, succeeding Dr. KADRI Yasser.

Prof. MEGHACHOU Mourad emphasized that this appointment is part of an effort to consolidate administrative governance and improve management mechanisms, serving the quality of medical education and academic performance. For his part, the Rector of the University of Adrar welcomed the visit, considering it an opportunity to assess achievements and explore new prospects for cooperation between the two universities.

During the visit, the Rector toured the educational and administrative structures of the Medical Annex, where guidance was provided to optimize training conditions and strengthen organizational efficiency.
