On Thursday, December 18, 2025, Pr. MEGHACHOU Mourad , Rector of the University, presided over the certificate award ceremony for researcher-teachers who successfully completed their pedagogical training.

The ceremony marked the conclusion of the training program for researcher-teachers, combining theoretical instruction supervised by the Pedagogical Support Unit with training in information and communication technologies and distance learning, overseen by the University of Constantine.
