The University of Tlemcen hereby announces to all students that the Hungarian Government has opened applications for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program for the academic year 2026–2027.
This program targets:
Top-ranked students in the third year of undergraduate studies (L3) during the 2025–2026 academic year, who wish to pursue a Master’s degree.
Students enrolled in M2 / 5th-year Engineering programs, who wish to pursue a Doctoral (PhD) degree.

Required Application Documents:
1. Completed (application form).
2. Proof of online registration on the Stipendium Hungaricum platform (mandatory)
3. Copy of the selection committee’s report
4. A handwritten motivation letter by the candidate, duly endorsed by the relevant supervisor.
5. Copy of the baccalaureate transcript
6.- For PhD applicants: Certificates of enrollment/re-enrollment for all five years of university education.
- For Master’s applicants: Certificates of enrollment/re-enrollment for all three years of undergraduate study.
7.- For PhD applicants: Academic transcripts for the first four years (L1/A1, L2/A2, L3/A3, M1/A4 or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC).
- For Master’s applicants: Academic transcripts for the first two years (L1, L2).
8.Certificate confirming valedictorian.
9. Certificate indicating the number of stars.
10. Copy of the passport’s first page.
11. ID photo
Important Deadlines :
