A coordination meeting was held on 14 January 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Rectorate meeting room, bringing together the directors of the universities of Sidi Bel Abbès, Saïda, and Tlemcen, as well as several administrative officials representing the three institutions.

The meeting focused on the technical coordination and logistical preparation for the doctoral competition, aimed at enhancing the promotion and visibility of Algerian higher education institutions for the 2025–2026 academic year. Discussions covered all organizational and technical aspects necessary to ensure the smooth conduct of the competition, with particular emphasis on the contribution of Saïda University through its digital platform dedicated to the full digitization of the competition process.

This meeting is part of the implementation of the instructions of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, aiming for a comprehensive digital transformation of the sector, based on a targeted strategy focused on optimizing and digitizing administrative performance, as well as strengthening transparency, thereby consolidating the principles of governance and quality in university organization.
