Following the publication of the results of the fifty-third session of the National University Commission for promotion to the rank of Professor, Prof. Morad MEGHACHOU, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, extends his official congratulations to the faculty members of the University of Tlemcen who have attained this rank.

This promotion represents institutional recognition of a distinguished academic and scientific career, characterized by excellence, methodological rigor, sustained scholarly effort, and strong pedagogical commitment in the service of higher education and scientific research.
