We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Prof. Mourad Meghachou, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, for welcoming and supporting this international conference from its very first day, for the opening ceremony, and for hosting the round table at the Rectorate.
Our gratitude also goes to Prof. Bounouar Bensaim, Vice-Rector in charge of Graduation, Prof. Wassila Hamza Reguig Mouro, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Prof. Daoudi Frid, Head of the Department of English, and Mrs. Hadjira Kara Terki, Head of Distance Learning at the University of Tlemcen, for their valuable contribution to the organization of this international conference held on February 4 and 5.
The conference was chaired by Prof. Faiza Haddam and Dr Kamila Ghouali, under the presidency of the Scientific Committee, chaired by Prof. Hayet Messekher, and the presidency of the Organising Committee, with the main moderation of the event ensured by Dr Zakarya Ameur-Said.
The round table on the second day, which brought together national and international experts, highlighted the FAD project hosted by the Department of English, Faculty of Foreign Languages, University of Tlemcen. It featured student testimonials presented in a video edited by Mr. Mounaim Fekih, as well as contributions from FAD teachers, highlighting the challenges encountered and the programme's future perspectives.
