The Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Prof. MEGHACHOU Mourad, chaired a meeting of the Administrative Council on Tuesday afternoon, February 10, 2026, at the Rectorate headquarters.The meeting was attended by the Vice-Rectors, the deans of the various faculties, as well as the secretary-general of the University.
