The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of a fully funded training programme of 08 to 12 weeks, offered by the International Seabed Authority (ISA) in cooperation with Global Sea Mineral Resources NV (GSR).
The training will take place in Antwerp (Belgium) and will focus on the field of maritime engineering.
This programme is intended for candidates under the age of 35 who hold a Master’s degree in offshore structural engineering. Interested applicants are invited to review the eligibility criteria and application requirements via the following link:

Furthermore, candidates are required to submit their completed registration forms to the Vice-Rectorate in charge of External Relations (VREX) no later than March 16, 2026, in order to ensure their transmission to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) within the prescribed deadlines.
