The University of Tlemcen informs all students that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a scholarship offer from the Romanian Government for the academic year 2026–2027. This program is intended for Master’s and Doctoral cycles.
Application Procedure:
Interested students are invited to register exclusively through the official portal: https://studyinromania.gov.ro/ ,by clicking on the section "Apply for MFA scholarships".
Important Notes
- Application deadline: March 31, 2026.
-The fields of study offered do not include Medicine, Dentistry, or Pharmacy.
Additionally, interested candidates are requested to submit their registration forms to VREX no later than April 1, 2026, to allow transmission to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research within the required deadlines.
