On March 11, 2026, the Faculty held an official ceremony to honor Pr.Ben M’charnane Kheir Eddine, under the chairmanship of the Dean of the faculty of the law and political sciences, Pr. Ouheib Fethi.

This distinction follows the awarding of a medal by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs, in recognition of his outstanding scientific contributions and his dedicated efforts in the development and enhancement of national legislation concerning Wakfs properties.
