As part of efforts to strengthen teachers’ skills in teaching through the English language, Professor Maureen Roney conducted the third session of the training program dedicated to techniques for using English as a medium of instruction (EMI) on Thursday, March 12, at the Laboratory of Linguistic and Educational Studies.

The session was held in the presence of the Laboratory Director, Prof. Abdel Rahman BASSO, and saw active participation from teachers, who demonstrated strong interest in the topics addressed and emphasized the scientific and pedagogical value of the program.

Participants noted that the training enabled them to acquire new knowledge and skills that are expected to enhance their teaching practices and promote the use of English in academia.

This initiative is part of the University of Tlemcen’s strategy to improve the quality of education and align with international academic standards.
