In the context of ongoing preparations for the organization of third-cycle (doctoral) admission examinations, an extended coordination meeting was held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in the meeting room at the Rectorate of the University of Tlemcen. The meeting was chaired by the Vice-Rector in charge of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Pr. BACHIR Redouane.
This working session was devoted to the finalization of organizational arrangements and the strengthening of preparation mechanisms related to the smooth conduct of the examinations. The current edition is characterized by the adoption of a comprehensive digitalization strategy covering the entire examination management process. This approach is based on the deployment of the REG platform, dedicated to managing pedagogical aspects and enriching the question bank in accordance with established scientific standards, as well as the Mosabakaty platform, dedicated to processing candidates’ applications and managing results, thereby enhancing transparency, traceability, and procedural efficiency.
The meeting brought together Deans of Faculties, Vice-Deans in charge of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Heads of Departments, as well as Heads of Doctoral Training Committees (CFD), reflecting a collective commitment to strengthening institutional coordination and synergy among all academic and administrative stakeholders involved.
Discussions focused on the following key areas:
Monitoring the pedagogical component through an assessment of progress in populating the exercise database via the REG system, as well as ensuring the compliance of the question bank with applicable scientific standards.
Conducting a comprehensive technical simulation of management operations via the REG and Mosabakaty platforms, in order to ensure smooth procedures and an optimal level of transparency in the handling of candidates’ applications and results.
Reviewing logistical aspects, particularly the distribution of technical equipment, as well as establishing the training schedule for personnel involved in the organization of the examinations.
The meeting concluded with a strong emphasis on the need to consolidate efforts and ensure strict adherence to the established organizational protocol, while completing all preparations within the prescribed deadlines, in order to guarantee the successful conduct of the doctoral examinations under optimal academic and organizational conditions
