The Laboratory of Public Governance and Social Economy (GPES) at the University of Tlemcen organized a national conference on April 16, 2026, entitled: "Strategies for Enhancing Tax Compliance through Influencing the Behavior of the Tax Partner: Current Challenges and Development Prospects", in collaboration with the National Chamber of Chartered Accountants and the Tax Directorate of Tlemcen.

The event brought together experts and officials from the tax and accounting sectors. Discussions focused on improving tax compliance by influencing the behavior of the tax partner, as well as addressing current challenges and future prospects for the development of the tax system.

The conference served as a scientific and professional platform for exchanging experiences between academics and practitioners, contributing to the strengthening of dialogue on tax reforms and the promotion of transparency and compliance principles.
