On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, the Central Library hosted the activities of the Welcome and Information Day devoted to presenting the various academic programs offered by the Faculty of Law and Political Science.

This academic and pedagogical event witnessed a remarkable student turnout and was held in the distinguished presence of the University Rector, Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad, along with the Dean of the Faculty, Pr. OUHIB Fethi, accompanied by his administrative team, the President of the Scientific Council, heads of academic domains, fields and specializations, the social partner, as well as a number of faculty members.

This initiative forms part of an institutional approach aimed at strengthening academic advising and enhancing the visibility and clarity of academic pathways. It provided students with a valuable opportunity to engage directly with academic and administrative staff, and to gain in-depth insights into curricula, academic prospects, and career opportunities.

Furthermore, in line with efforts to promote student life and foster engagement, several faculty clubs actively participated in the event, notably Explorers Club, the Young Scientists Club, the Young Jurists Club, and the Legal Knowledge Club. Their contribution was significant in terms of student guidance, awareness-raising, and peer support.

This initiative reflects the institution’s commitment to promoting an inclusive, participatory, and academically enriching environment conducive to student success.
