Pr. MEGHACHOU Mourad, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, presided over the closing ceremony of the training program dedicated to newly recruited teacher-researchers, held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

Spanning one year, this program provided structured support and pedagogical guidance delivered by the unit responsible for mentoring newly recruited teacher-researchers.

The event took place at the auditorium of the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences, in the presence of several faculty deans, the Director of the Student Center, as well as the faculty coordinator, Professor Mohamed Saïdi. The ceremony highlighted the importance of this initiative in strengthening the skills and capacities of university human resources.

This initiative reflects the University of Tlemcen’s strong commitment to supporting its newly recruited academics by equipping them with the necessary tools for professional success, in line with the evolving demands of modern higher education.
