Didactic Hedonism: Rethinking Pleasure in Teaching French as a Foreign Language

On May 7, the Department of French, in collaboration with the DYLANDIMED Laboratory, organized a national conference entitled:
“Didactic Hedonism: Rethinking Pleasure in Teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE).”
Chaired by Dr. Zekri Leila and coordinated by the Head of the Department, Mr. Benmansour Smaïn, this scientific event provided a rich platform for discussion and reflection on innovative pedagogical approaches that promote the pleasure of learning in French language education.
The conference brought together distinguished lecturers and researchers from various universities across the country, within an academic environment marked by the quality of the presentations and the diversity of perspectives explored.
The event also witnessed active student participation through a dedicated workshop designed to provide students with opportunities to exchange ideas, strengthen their skills, and contribute to discussions on innovative practices in FLE didactics.
An enriching scientific gathering that reflects the dynamism of the Department of French and its strong commitment to research excellence and pedagogical innovation.
