The University of Tlemcen informs students that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received two scholarship offers for enrollment in Master’s and PhD programs at Khazar University, according to the following details:
- First: The “Nailekhanim Foundation” Scholarship at Khazar University, dedicated to outstanding female students wishing to pursue Master’s or PhD studies.
