The University of Tlemcen hereby informs all students wishing to pursue their higher education abroad that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an offer of fully funded, long-term scholarships provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the international program “Study in Saudi Arabia”.
These scholarships are intended for candidates seeking to undertake Master’s and PhD studies.
Interested applicants are invited to complete their online registration via the official platform below no later than May 21, 2026 : https://studyinsaudi.sa/en
After completing the online registration process, candidates must submit their application files to the Vice-Rectorate for External Relations (VREX) of the University of Tlemcen, no later than the same deadline, May 21, 2026, in order to ensure timely transmission to the supervising ministry within the prescribed deadlines.
